Neeraj Bhatia

Neeraj Bhatia is an architect and urban designer whose work resides at the intersection of politics, infrastructure, and urbanism. Bhatia is founder of The Open Workshop, a design office examining the interface between architecture and territory. Having previously taught at Cornell University, Rice University, The University of Toronto, and The University of Waterloo, Bhatia is now an Assistant Professor at The California College of the Arts where he co-directs The Urban Works Agency He is author/ editor of The Petropolis of Tomorrow, Bracket [Takes Action], Bracket [Goes Soft], Coupling: Strategies for Infrastructural Opportunism, and –Arium: Weather + Architecture.
