Paz Castillo (Buenos Aires, Argentina, 1970) and Carolina Kogan (Buenos Aires, Argentina, 1980) are principal partners at Castillo Kogan Arquitectas. Among others, they have won the First Prize in Plaza Boedo Contest run by the Buenos Aires government GCBA.
Paz Castillo obtained her architecture degree at the Buenos Aires University UBA (1994), where she taught until 2005. She also graduated in history and culture of architecture and cities at Torcuato Di Tella University (2004). Her academic carrer continues at Palermo University (since 2001) and at USAM (since 2014).
Carolina Kogan (Buenos Aires, Argentina, 1980) obtained her architecture degree with Honors at the Buenos Aires University UBA (2006) where she taught until 2007. She graduated in Visual Arts at the National Institute of Art (2010). She is currently finalizing her master in history and culture of architecture and cities at Torcuato Di Tella University. She teaches at UP and USAM. Since 2012, she is part of the research group Contemporary Archeology, Space Culture and Politics at the Río de la Plata City coordinated by Aliata-Silvestri Architects at La Plata National University.
