From Green to Eco, Climate and Heat Gentrification

How do environmental changes reshape urban desirability and, in turn, drive gentrification?

In this conversation, Isabelle Anguelovski traces the evolving links between environmental transformation and displacement, moving from green to eco-, climate-, and heat-gentrification. Anguelovskis research suggests that the gentrifying effects of climate change can be anticipated by examining vulnerability, by looking at exposure and capacity of mitigation.
