Dr. Pineda is a film producer and globally recognized expert on inclusive and sustainable cities. He is the president and founder of Pineda Foundation / World ENABLED, Windmills & Giants. He serves as the resident at SF Film and is the honorary president of the Global Alliance for Accessible Technologies and Environments. He is highly sought after speaker and senior advisor to governments and fortune 500 companies on innovation, resilience and inclusive design. Dr. Pineda has a proven track record of conceptualizing and executing transformative projects with global companies around the world.
He is a two time presidential appointee and participated in the drafting of national and international laws including the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
Dr. Pineda holds a Ph.D. in Urban Planning from UCLA’s Luskin School for Public Affairs, a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning, a BA in Political Economy, and a BS in Business Administration.
