In 1989 she joined the office of Felipe Pich-Aguilera.

In 1990 she sets up together with Felip Pich-Aguilera, the company Pich-Aguilera architects, SL

In 1992 they set the Research, Development and Research office.

In 2012 they established Picharchitects international brand, a brand that encompasses both affiliates and other specialized complementary services related to building, urbanism and sustainability.

She is founding member and Vice-President of the Association of Sustainable and Architecture (ASA) and founding member of the Architecture School ESARQ-UIC.

Within her own office and throughout his career she has worked to incorporate architectural projects aspects of innovation, research related to the environment, energy efficiency of buildings, as well as reflection and transformation current processes of construction on track towards sustainability of the building. To accomplish this goal has established specific partnerships with industry and with institutions that promote research and sustainability. Her firm has received innumerable awards in this regard, and its works have been published and investigations.
