Nikolaus Hirsch/Michel Müller

Nikolaus Hirsch/Michel Müller is a Frankfurt based office for architecture. Their work on institutional models resulted in realized projects such as the Bockenheimer Depot Theater (with William Forsythe), United nations plaza in Berlin (with Anton Vidokle), Cybermohalla Hub in Delhi, and Do We Dream Under The Same Sky at Art Basel (2015) and Aarhus (2017). They designed several exhibitions, including “Making Things Public” at ZKM (curated by Bruno Latour and Peter Weibel, 2005) and ‘Indian Highway’ (Serpentine Gallery, 2008). Nikolaus Hirsch is the founder and editor of e-flux architecture. Between 2010 and 2013, he was the dean of Städelschule and Portikus in Frankfurt. Michel Müller is a professor at the University of Sciences in Cologne, Germany.
