Michele Bonino

Michele Bonino, architect, studies in Turin and Barcelona and works in the Oscar Tusquets studio (Barcellona, ​​1999). Since 2001 he has worked as a designer. Participates in the IX International Architecture Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia (exhibition “Notizie dall’Interno”, 2004) and is a finalist in the International Competition for the High Speed ​​train station in Florence (group leader: Carlos Ferrater, 2002). Finally, in 2006, he founded MARC with Subhash Mukerjee. Lecturer and researcher at the Polytechnic of Turin (Architectural and urban composition), PhD in History of Architecture and Urbanism, is curator and translator in Italian of the writings of Ignasi de Solà-Morales (Turin 2001; 2005, with D Vitale) and author of the volumes Josep Maria Sostres 1915-1984 (Turin 2000), Inventing the movements. History and images of the Turin-Savona motorway (Turin 2006, with M. Moraglio), The building of public works: clients, designers, decision makers (Turin 2006). He is curator of exhibitions on contemporary architecture and the city. His articles and essays are published in “Abitare”, “de Architect”, “Les Cahiers de la Recherche Architecturale et Urbaine”, “Controspazio”, “Parametro”, “Il Sole 24ore – Domenica”, “Le culture della tecnica”, “Architecture of the landscape” and on numerous collective volumes is responsible for the page of “Il Giornale dell’Architettura”.
