Lluís J. Liñán studied architecture in Vienna, Valencia and Madrid. He teaches at the Master in Advanced Architectural Projects at Madrid ETSAM and is PhD candidate at the Polytechnic University of Madrid. From 2015 to 2017, he was Wortham Fellow at the Rice School of Architecture in Houston. His research focuses on the impact of internet media on architectural design, and his writing has been published in journals such as CIRCO, PLAT and JAE.
Lluís is also founding member, along with Andrea Gimeno and Xevi Lluch, of rellam, a small design cooperative. Their built and speculative work has been awarded several competition prizes and exhibited at the XV Architecture Biennale in Venice.
