Following a customer’s first contact, a project manager is appointed internally, in accordance with the market (national or international) the product is aimed at. Following the analysis of the architectural project, there is a process to define the overall and detailed drawings for each specialty, which allows for one to know exactly what the position of the frame on site is and the surrounding of said frame.

Once the implementation budget has been approved, the project manager and head of the technical department go to the work site to confirm the initial details. After this information is compiled, the final works drawings are developed, finally, which will launch the production process.
One of the added values of the service rendered by Jofebar is the possibility of providing technical support when requested, whereby they operate as prescribers for the works.

The main raw materials used in the manufacturing process of Jofebar windows are glass, aluminium and iron. Wood, leather, brass or polymer materials may also be used in certain types of windows, which give them a unique design and specific characteristics, in accordance with each architectural project.
Jofebar’s great innovation consists of using the glass as main element. For the first time, the glass is used in its entirety, as a freestanding element, leaving the aluminium profiles in the background.
The aluminium carries out the role of coating, by operating as a complement that ensures the window’s tightness.

Procurement Management is responsible for ordering all the materials for the several works in progress. The suppliers we work with are defined based on criteria of quality and service rendered, and they send us the materials in accordance with the specificities established for each project. Jofebar depends on external suppliers to lacquer the parts and for the glass, which is always laminated and tempered for safety purposes, a process that makes them more resistant. The materials needed for each work site are, therefore, aggregated and move on to the next phase: the implementation.

The aluminium profiles, which are to be a part of the frames, are now cut, in accordance with the works’ final drawings.

The drainage slots, the slots for the brackets, the fixing holes and the holes for the frame locks are made during this phase of the process.

Once the profiles have been cut and with the respective XXXX, it is time to place all the trim materials: the plush for XXX, the rubbers for XX, the assembling brackets and the locks.

We ensure the best packaging of the materials, so that they arrive in perfect conditions.
Depending on the destination the Jofebar windows are aimed for, they are packaged with shrink plastic, or yet in wooden boxes specifically developed to accommodate the materials.

The transportation of Jofebar windows can be carried out by land, air or sea.
When deciding what kind of transportation to use, the following criteria should be considered: the work site, how quickly it has to be implemented, the quantity of materials involved and the price for the transportation.
The shipping and assembly can be carried out by Jofebar, sub-contractors or parties guaranteed by the customer.
