This series of video-interviews aims to understand how the architect’s profession is changing, gathering the points of view of a selection of Dutch and Italian practices that have great experience to share, through an internationally recognized career path.
Each practice will be introduced by three short videos per week: a first biographical inquiry (PAST), an analysis of the conditions that characterize the approach of the practice (PRESENT), and a speculation about the future of architecture over the next 15 to 20 years (FUTURE).
Past, Present Future: about being an architect yesterday, today and beyond – is a project curated by Gianpiero Venturini – Founder of Itinerant Office and filmed by Luca Chiaudano. The project has been realised thanks to the support of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Italy and the Creative Industries Fund NL.
