Dan is an AIA licensed architect and a LEED AP BD+C certified real estate developer with over 16 years of experience. Prior to establishing Logos Development/Dan Choi Architects, Dan was a development manager at Douglaston Development where he oversaw large-scale mixed-use projects in NYC. Dan was also a partner at the renowned architecture firm FUKSAS and has also worked at the offices of SOM, Allied Works, and OMA.
Dan received his Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and his Bachelor of Architecture at Cornell University. Previously, he was an adjunct assistant professor, teaching a core course at Columbia University’s real estate graduate program. He is currently on the Advisory Board for the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) and a board member for GENX DT, a technology company specializing in design optimization and automation.
